| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. (Why do you run SETI@home) I am happy to support worthwhile (read non-leechers) projects that are not cost intensive with equipment that is simply taking up resources while I am not using it.
2. (What are your views about the project?) I think there is immense scope for projects such as this one. Industry has invested immensely in techology that is utilised for 30% of any given day and personal users for on average 20% of any given day (generous assessment).
Additionally I am not arrogant enough to believe that the human race is the sole occupier of the superior intelligence tag for the universe.
Surely the primate strain have existed long enough to prove this
3. (Any Suggestions) Keep up the great work. I think there is commercial benefits to be obtained here as well. Perhaps businesses utilising these resources on a fee for service basis!
