I'm a computer person as well as a science fiction lover! I'm re-reading Larry Niven's Known Space books, going with the Ringworld series as well as 'The Mote in God's Eye' - which has three books to it now!
I believe there is Life out there, somewhere. Will we find it? I don't know. I do know that if we don't look, we won't find it! So let's look together! It's a really BIG Universe out there!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@Home because we need to search. We need to expand horizons. We need to explore. That's what the Human animal does. We also need to discover intelligent life so we can stop being so foolish in our pride at being "the smartest anmial ever."
