Profile: Graeme of Boinc UK

Personal background
Located in the North-East of England, I am employed as an electronics maintenance engineer.
An active member of Boinc UK (formerly SetiUK, Team Lookers) for around 5 years and enjoying the competitive side of crunching. Now running two dual core machines 24/7 so I have retired the "farm" of 7 old pc's, three went to people who have never owned a pc before and the four oldest went to the dump for recycling. They will probably end up in my company's new factory in China!
Always looking for ways to process workunits faster, I have optimised, overclocked and over-run my machines for more years than I care to remember.

Regards,
Graeme.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run Seti@Home because I believe that signals are there to be detected.
