Hi all
I am a guy from Finland, I live in Espoo, it is a city next to Helsinki. Espoo is a own city but I honestly think that you could say it is a suburb for Helsinki ;)
I work for company that makes services to Inteligent Networks or more common know as mobile network, mostly number translations and realtime billing systems. I do lot of onsite customer support and when I am on office I do quality assuarance (testing).
Hmmm, my hobbies. Well the there are 3 main things. I play lot of basketball, it is just pure fun. You have to be good in personal level but you also have to know how to play for team. Then I spend time with PC (games) or looking a movies from a DVD. Then past I did so some coding just for fun but I see that too much in work. At last but not least I spend time whith my wife. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. Why do you run SETI@home?
Well I always wanted to know if there is a litle green men out there. Yes, I do like scifi movies :)
2. What are your views about the project?
Well I did run the old version the seti@home for 3 years but the e-mail server wich I did use to register, was gone in one sunny day :-( So I could not use my old acocunt. But I am here because I want to do my share.
3. Any suggestions?
It would be good to give a clear picture how much data is prosecced, how much of the sky is covered and so on. In basic give more statistical information! |
