i beleave extraterrestrial life consist on all levels of the universe it is simple science i mean put it this way our gallaxy is one apple out of a of tree and in that tree there is 100 million more apples (gllaxys) and on on of those apples there is a whole new civilazation waiting to be discoverd and when we do discover them we will be even more advance than we where before cause we will have new and unamagnal technoligy.
