This is me: born Sept. 5 1969 in the great city of Gothenburg, Sweden. Has been working in marketing (and the confectionery industry) for the last 10 years. Has a degree from business school. I like movies and baking - why not together? A nice rasperry muffin with a great flick... Has been dragged into this SETI-thing by my husband Peter (the biggest computor-game-freak in the northern hemisphere) as well as a great fan of the SETI-concept. Of course it interests me as well. Needless to say there IS other life (life forms) than us in the universe, but perhaps we'll never live to see the day - my fear is that pollution och war will put an end to the human life form! Are we just too undeveloped mentally to get past that fact? My firm hope is though that we are heading for a bright future after all.........
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Above you will see my point of view about extraterrestrial life. And of course we should send out information about ourselves. Maybe it will amuse the receiver!? I guess the best thing would be a time capsule consisting of everything important; evolution discription, biographies of great (and not so great) personalities and so on. The question would be who is most suitable for putting this time capsule together? I don't know...have any suggestions?
