| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I joined the Seti@Home project because I seriouly believe there is life in other worlds, and I thought I would like to do my bit to help.
I am not too sure that we will ever get to meet these alien people off our own steam though, I kinda think that we may need a little help from them. One thing I do know is that the human race as it stands will never get up to space seriously until we have worldwide peace and we all work together to achieve this aim.
I think that if we met alien life it would make us unite, make us see past the ends of our noses and to the next oil supply (world leaders take note) and help us to work together to find a better life for all. |
