Profile: Jeff Kasper

Personal background
I've always been interested in space and life outside of the planet. I own a customer service training and consulting firm based in Concord ( http://www.service-quality.com ). Our firm handles just about anything to do with building customer loyalty from surveys and mystery shops to customized training programs. Additionally, I deliver about 100 or so keynote talks to meeting and conventions each year around the globe.

I am an avid boater and enjoy my summers on the Delta. I've been active in the community and have been elected to serve as the Chairman of the Board of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce ( http://www.concordchamber.com ) for 2002-2003.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think that one of the neatest things about SETI is that I can help in the search for other life forms. I don't need to put in a lot of time or go to meetings. Who knows -- I might just be the one computer in millions that does help analize the chunk of data that helps us scientifically prove that other life forms are out there!
