I am a 37 year old married man with a 3 year old son and one more on the way soon. Occupation: Telephone PBX System Installer. I spend most of my free time with my family and surfing the internet. I own a business called Savvi Telecommunications and Networks located in the Northern Virginia area. I really have been a SETI member since the early days of the program but had been away so long on company travel that I had to startup all over again in July 2002.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
SETI is probably one of the most inovative projects that I have ever been involved with in the many years that I have been using computers. I believe in ET and I believe there must be other life on other planets. Though the life there may or may not be intelligent it is our obligation as humans to try and make some sort of contact. Even if no contact is made but proof is made that there is life elseware we should open our ears and listen to what they might have to say.
