Personal background
I'm a 27 years old graphic designer with an engeneering and multimidia design background. Since childhood I gaze the stars and dreamed about how could be if I was there, if there's someone like us outthere doing the same. My real dream was about to be an astronaut, but I only could be good in science, astronomy and arts. If I never could reach the stars, so why not bring them to me? SETI@Home is that chance. My hobbies are flying, painting, models, reading, sci-fi, trekking, downhill skating and music.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Its a math equation, extraterrestrial life exists. The only problem its to know if they know we exist and make the contact. Universe its a big place. I think that SETI@Home its the postman trying to reach our neighboor, but we need to know how long the nextdoor home are. Once we reach them, we'll no longer be americans, brazilians, germans, black, white, yellows, musslim or jews. We'll be humans, and we'll know that we share the same home, we are just the same.

I think that is a wonderfull project and a democratic chance to everyone in the planet to help and participate of the effort for the big happenning in the human history.
