Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run the Seti program because I am interested in the exploration of space and all that it might hold. I got interested in the project because it was on the cutting edge of shared computing and it has certainly grown into a a very useful tool for many other projects.
SETI@home and Astropulse are funded by grants from the National Science Foundation, NASA, and donations from SETI@home volunteers. AstroPulse is funded in part by the NSF through grant AST-0307956.
