I'm a 37 year old healthcare IT Director from Brooklyn, NY. Born and raised here. Bought my first telescope at nine years old and my now 14 y/o son has followed in my footsteps.
My hobbies include astronomy, of course, photography, and golf. I try to stay away from computers (except for email and Star Trek Bridge Commander) at home, even though my wife and my daughter still say I'm a computer geek. |

| I absolutely do believe that life exists in other places in the universe. It just seems to me that it's impossible for life NOT to exist extraterrestrially. I believe that we'll be contacted by another society; they''ll call us - we won't call them. There are lots of pros and cons, but I think the one that will have the greatest impact is the effect on the religions of the world that insist we're the only ones "out there". |
