| I am 32 years old, recently married to a wonderful woman who is also the mother of my son, Jeffrey. Jeffrey's arrival in my life was the reminder to me that the cycle keeps on going, no matter how difficult the road becomes. I love these two people more than anything else in the world, and am proud to call them my family. I hope that someday Jeffrey will know a better world than the one I grew up in. |

| As its been said many times before by so many others, I cannot conceive that we are alone in this universe. Whether we were actively created by a Supreme Being or God, or happened by the chance combination of elements under the right, random conditions, it really doesn't matter. If it was God, then surely he created other worlds. Why create this huge universe, but only give life to one small, insignificant planet? If it was chance, then with an infinate number of stars and worlds out there, surely the right circumstances came together somewhere else to create life. Someday, maybe we will find that other life. Then I hope we will finally learn to put aside our petty differences and realize that we are all humans and all brothers and sisters in the greater scheme. |
