Hello everyone. My name is David. I am an E911 Telecommunicator and Assistant Shift Supervisor with Pittsylvania County Emergency Management, in Virginia. I am originally from New York. I moved to Virginia in 1993. I am also a firefighter and emt. I have been in fire/rescue for 10 years. I am an instructor/evaluator and past department officer, including Director of EMS. Prior to becoming a dispatcher I worked for a paid EMS agency.
My hobbies include HAM radio (KG4IXR), fishing, swimming, traveling, photography, computers and the Internet. I like to develop websites in my spare time. | I firmly believe there are ET's out there somewhere, maybe in some sort of parallel universe or something. I enjoy SETI@home and the friendly competition it affords my friends and I. I hope that by everyone crunching WU's we can find out what lies deep out in the unknown. |
