| Whaddup Earth! My name is Chris and I'm currently livin in Jersey, USA. 19 years old. For as long as I've known it, what I am, where I am, and why we are as one is what I constantly strive to perceive. The concept of the infinite consumes me. Our ascention to higher mindstates and descention for some (uh huh..), human technology, spiritual philosophy, family relations, government law and science are but small differences in the eye of the universe. With us, conscious thinking entities, we will manifest grand definitions with creative excellence so the universe may know itself. I define the universe. I don't live backwards. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Since we first developed self awareness, we have pondered the infinite. Is there someone else beyond us? What is it that exists in the place we can not reach? But we have already answered our own questions. And I believe my thoughts on SETI have already made their way into numerous documents; the scientific and spiritual possibilities.
Answers to questions always lead to more questions and everyone knows some questions may never be answered. It's what questions we ask that truly matter more than the answers.
What would we if we discovered an alien race that was hostile, no wait, peaceful. Or should I say, if they discover us. How many would run around with their hands in the air, how many would desire to know more? How would our planet's society be stirred around? How would our government handle this matter of "national security"? Would our lives really change? Technology would surely advance as it will without their help. Would our curiosity lead to our own destruction? Will they teach us philosophy and help dig our way out of oppression into being utopia. Or will they enslave us like the matrix?
