Personal background |
I am 26 and study at the University of Technology in Vienna, Austria. I am quite interested in "Distributed Computing" and SETI@home is an interesting approach to that Topic. |
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
I am quite sure that there is Life "out there", but I am not sure that SETI can detect it. And even if we find our "Brothers", we may not be able to communicate. We cannot imagine how they look, how their metabolism works and they may think in such a different way, that there will be no possible way of understanding each other. |
