Of course.
If so, when and how will humans discover it?
When the military will permit it.
What are the possible benefits and dangers of such a discovery?
Considering the present cover up, it is an interesting question...
Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find?
I think we're already noisy enought to get discovered.
