| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I think SETI@home is great. It's an excellent way to use available resources, and also the perfect way to allow average people to help out.
Because of the distance between star systems, I don't really believe any "visitors" would come to our planet. But I suppose since we are sending out signals ourselves, there could be some other life form out there sending something our way.
Mark my words: When a signal is found, my computer will be the one to find it!!! |
