Personal background
I am a professional driver for a large coach company in Australia, so I spend a lot of time driving at night, I often look to the skies and wonder "Are we alone?". So when I first heard about Seti@home I knew I had to be a part of it.
I often see "shooting stars" and I sometimes stop in the middle of nowhere and gaze at the stars not for long though, I think my passengers would object just a little.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I don't think there can be so much space and humans the only inhabiters, there must be other life out there.
I don't think humans will discover alien life, I think it will find us and I sure as hell hope it's friendly.
