| Welcome to my littl home within SETI. About myself -- I am currently a stay at home mom with two small children and one grown. The things that give me much pleasure besides my family and sharing with them is....Being Online whenever I can, Working with a startup business (that one is a great thrill!) Reading all kinds of Science Fiction and of course Romance LOL, and Meeting new peopl all over the world and making friends. |

| In regards to the SETI poject; I find it very interesting and run the program all the time. Actually, I do not know how I would feel if we do find another race of beings in space. Curiosity would definitely play a roll...For one thing they could be much more powerful than we are although I like to think we could live in harmony with them. Seeing as how we cannot do that here; who knows....Pesonally, I would not want a beacon to be transmitted so others could find us. We might get a nasty surprise! On the other hand; it might be quite beneficial; but I would rather know they exist first! |
