Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home

Why do I run SETI@home? It just seems like a nifty thing to do with spare CPU cycles. I plan to run it until the project is complete. If we find ET, fine. If not, we must be getting a lot of interesting data that's never before been analyzed this thoroughly. Pure Science -- Gotta Love It!
