Do ithink extraterrestrial life exists?:
Yes. In several forms and several stages of their development.
In what form?:
The ones closest to earth: As somekind of bacteria.
Will humans discover it?:
Possibly. But only accidentally
Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find?:
No, there's no point in doing that. If, _IF_ there exists lifeforms other places able to pick up the signals, they will be too far away to communicate with us.
Why do you run SETI@home?:
Why not? I would _love_ to be proven wrong when it comes to my sceptisism in finding ET's of some sort :-) |
