"The truth is out there."
that was what i concerned only a few years ago when joined this project.
One of factors that i choose this project nowadays is to make use of the vast spare time on IBM eSever in my working place. Is that funny? :) But factually, this usage could save lots of cost ,i think, to my university.
And yet, the other divertive factors of SETI@home are still there, even the project switched its original platform to BOINC. It could still fetch my heart and run this pretty program just like at the beginnin of the year 2002, even in "twenty-five" hours per day. :)
Well, i'd not like to say that this project is a classic "American guy". Yeah, and it causes that there are lack of Chinese resources on the Internet. It may reduce some interests for certain users.
