Personal background
Hello, I'm a Chilean Engineer in the minning metallurgy speciality. I would like to find some Extraterrestial activity. I believe that we are not uniques in this hugh universe.
I live in Salvador in the northern part of Chile. Here we have a very clean and blue sky. By nights is esay to see the stars and the milk belt. Is a wonderful experience, moreover if the moon is "turned off" by good. Salvador city is a small town were there are about ten thousands people, and that means that there are a little quantity of light and the noise is very low on noghts. It means that you can travel a litle time and "that's it all": you are in the middle of the desert, at 2.400 meters over the sea level, looking the beautiful stars and sky.
If you want to cme to this side of the planet, then be my guess

Good look with the observations.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I thin extraterrestial life exists. I believe the humans will discover ET when we will get the right technology to see the ET. May be they are right into my back and I can't see them.
I think that we must explain to the ET the thinking of human been. We must say them that we like nature, life, progress, etc.

I'm runnning seti at home to help find other kind of life. Because we don't know many things that are clearly made for ET in the first life of the heart. I think that is possible for us to live with ET working together to be more succesful in life.

I suggest you send to us a map to see where we was working.
I suggest you to meke some modifications to the program loaded in every PC to see new things or icons each time. I mean, do it more atractive to the eyes.

Good look an d I will continue working for Et and Human been.

Juan
