Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think that life could exist but we can never be sure thats why i run seti@home to find out wether we are alone. If there is more inteligent life we could have benifits from them if they are more advanced (or clever than us). Also it would benifit the world if another life suporting planet without a inelgent life we could use this to our advatage.
If we want to be found we should transmit some sort of becon that has a long range and cant be confused with a natural source.
If some one can make use of the time that I sit doing nothing at the computer screen with the pocesor idilng let them. Most things i run only have about 5% cpu untilisation anyway.
