| I'm a 24-year-old student at Warsaw University, Institute of Applied Linguistics. My name means "fair-hair girl" in Irish gaelic. And this is the only name I know in that language.:-) For now I prefer to speak in Polish, French, English and a little bit in Dutch. I love medieval history, fantasy books and jazz music. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I'm more than sure that extraterrestrial life exists. Somewhere there... We must wait many years if not centuries before we develop a technology able to communicate with other beings in outer space. But still, it's nice to look up in the sky and think that maybe one of the stars above has a planetary system similar to ours and that maybe there's someone there who also looks up in the sky and wonders if there're any other civilizations in the universe. |
