Personal background
The picture is my 3yr old daughter who will someday know that we are not alone.
My friend Larry Drake who just recently passed away (5-26-05), turned me on to seti@home back in 1996. Larry is out there exploring the cosmos as he always wanted. The truth is out there and I've seen it. I live in the Bay Area and my hobbies are computers, skiing and the great outdoors.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. Because life exists out there and we need to show it to the world.
2. What's with the credits? I've got over 5000 hrs and 250+ work units and no
credits. I actually have a lot more hours--lost my username and password back
in 2001 and at that point I had 4500+ hours.
3. Maybe a little more detailed information on projects or the project as a whole.
