| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

The chances that we are alone in the Universe, and even our own Galaxy, seem small. We probably won't find anyone with SETI@home, but then you never know.
If my computer is going to be on anyway, it might as well be doing something slightly useful. I'm quite interested in distributed processing, and I think that this is a great project to support. |
