I run Seti because I believe that there is intelligent life in the universe. Perhaps this is one way to verify that.
IN my lifetime, I don't expect to encounter extraterrestrials but I believe that they have been here.
I have been a member of the project since nearly the beginning and am happy to donate my unused computer time.
It seems hard to transfer the project from one computer to the other. What happens when a person has two computers. Does each one need to be registered?
