I'm a software consultant of 42yrs (in 2001!).
It's not logic to suppose that we are alone...
The problem is not WHERE but WHEN.
If we will encounter some extraterrestrial intelligence, maybe we will definitely understand that DIFFERENCES make LIFE.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home

The problem is not WHERE but WHEN.
Humans should transmit, of course! I think we can transmit informations about us (solar system and life) using an atomic system (language based on atoms of different elements).
For this research should be billions of computer working at....!! So, i hope to be useful with my small PC.
