| Hi, my name is Jon, I'm a highschool student who has been involved with Seti@home since its very early days. I got a new computer recently, and hopefully the G4 processer will speed up the data crunching (I've been running Seti on a 500mhz G3 for the past year, but I had a 266 G3 running it before that and haven't seen much of a speed increase. I have a 800mhz G4 now though :) ) |

| I am a firm believer that it is simply a statistical impossibility that there isn't at least one other intelligent life form in the universe, which is why I support SETI. The possibility makes all of the work SETI@Home does worth while. |
