I'm a Structural Engineer from Belgium, working as a CAE Development Engineer in the Structural Engineering Software business.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think that if we can exist, some other species must be able to exist also in this hughe universe so I believe in extraterrestrial life. Discovering it will be nearly impossible, but perhaps by using Seti we will have a small chance.
