| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
| There's no question that other life forms exist in the universe. To think otherwise is arrogant. It's unlikely that anything other than waves and particles will ever travel at the speed of light, so I doubt that we will ever make physical contact with life forms beyond our solar system. SETI is a great project precisely because waves can travel intergalactic distances and carry information. |
