| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I do think so. Humans will discover it in 100 years.
Benefits: We may trade with them to get valuable substance, e.g. element 119.
Dangers : They may start war with us.
2. Yes, we should transmit a beacon. We should send our physical information, photos and characters to them. However, Military information should not be easily transmitted.
3. I like astronomy so I run SETI@home.
I hope the project will be successful.
I hope more governments will invest the project. |
