| I'm from Hallowell, Maine, USA. I do firewall administration for the State here and have been in data processing with the State for over 25 years. I've been interested in astronomy and space since I was a little kid. Always enjoy viewing the stars whether with naked eye or telescope. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
| I do believe that there is extraterrestrial life. I'm not sure if we will discover it before they discover us, if they haven't discovered us already. ;{) I don't think there will be any benefits or dangers of discovery. I think we are pretty much sending out signals that could be received by extraterrestrials. How they interpert them is what would be interesting. I do believe that there are transmissions that we are receiving here on Earth. Is just a matter of time before we interpert one. |
