I was an electronics technician on a missile base during my military days and spent some time at White Sands proving grounds. I saw a lot of strange stuff and a lot of stuff that was strange but no close encounters with little green men, other then the other uniformed soldiers in my missile battery. But,…….. I am hopeful and I find it unacceptable that we are the only semi-intelligent life in this galaxy or any other.

| Why would any space faring civilization find anything about us, worthy of investigation or take the risk to visit us. They have only to look to dreadful television transmissions from Hollywood to see how we view aliens or how we would react to them if they did come. I find it a little hard to believe that anyone that could navigate around a star would be dumb enough to land on this cinder. However, there might come a day, and I will be waiting. |
