Im 48, female, live in Winnipeg, Manitoba and a bit of a sci-fi junky. Ive read many books. Im not so much into the fantasy, but give me a good hardcore sci-fi and Im lost for hours. Dune has to be my favorite. I collected about 10 years of Heavt Metal magazine, starting at 1. The best movie so far is The Chronicles of Riddick. Was Bladerunner. Wouldnt it be wild to be put into chryo for a couple 100 years and wake up to what??? I wonder if men will still be around. They say the Y chromozone is losing its tail.
I miss Carl Sagan and Isaac Asimov.
When Im not off in another world I fish, camp, garden, and go for drives to the lake in the evenings to lay on the beach and watch the stars come out.
Oh to leave these narrow minded humans behind and return to where I came from.
I hope that when I get there Im a little taller.
