I have enjoyed participating in the Setiathome project for the last 5 years.

I am retired in Paso Robles, CA.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I run SETI@home as a curiosity and glad I am able to contribute in some small way.

During my professional career I worked on leading edge computer products.

The methodology of the massive computer base to run the date isas novel as the work we did on the super computers I supported during my career.

I certainly would like to see some results from my participation..


I have downloaded/installed the BOINC software, registered and gotten my Account key and password.

I don't see how to start the data downloads and processing.
