Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe that there is life outside of this planet. However if we do find them it would be like they are a large technological step ahead of us (after all the closes likely place is over 4 light years away from us and our universe is over 20000(?) light years in diameter. This is a large distance will take a long time for us to cover. We may even build machines that will cover the distances faster than our signals are.
