Profile: Christopher Griffith

Personal background
My name is Chris, and I am 16 years old. I'm a student at Archbishop Curley in Maryland, United States. I currently work at a McDondalds (don't you dare laugh, afterall, it is a job, and it does get me out of this house to stop my lagging SETI by playing Unreal Tournament). I'm not a great student, and I love Roleplaying Games.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I originally signed up and had done only about 11 packets before my computer died, got it working again, but then it was impossible to run it really (trust me on that.) But after at least 8 months I've finally come back with a much more up-to-date computer.

I have always believed in extraterrestrial life, and read Day After Roswell. If we ever do come into contact with them (again), I hope it doesn't turn out to be like War Of The Worlds. A beacon would be an interesting idea, I think, but how is the goverment gonna help us set one up, since they covered up the Roswell case.

I run SETI for hope that one of us ... any of us ... will find something. I love the idea of this project, and hope that something comes around soon.
