I'm a 16 year old college student from London, England. I go to Merton College and study BTEC Nation Diploma in General IT. I often like to write some programs (although i am still learning) and watch Star Trek a lot, which explains why i am using SETI@HOME. lol.
I play rugby, ice hockey and just sit around and do nothing most of the time. Thats me, not much to tell really. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I like SETI mainly because discovering an alien race would be great, it would be one of the greatest moments in Human history, unless it turned into a War or something, but we got to stay optimistic.
SETI@HOME is a good project anyway, as it is helping us understand why we ourselves are around, why life has evolved and what is the meaning of life. I dont believe in god myself, but i think that finding other intelegent races out there, or even their reminas (if we ever manage to get to other solar systems), would help us understand ourselves and the universe.
SETI@HOME is a good thing all around and I am doing what i can to help. |
