| I'm an 53 year old sailor who when not at sea likes to volunteer with two different local youth organizations, tinker around with computers, play online games, read and play my guitar. Every once in a while I also pull out my telescope and look up at the stars and wonder. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I have read about some of the new types of lifeforms that are being found right here on Earth. Some of those are thriving in very extreme conditions. With that in mind you really have to wonder what we will find out there on other planets.
I believe that finding intelligent life on another planet is not a matter of if, but when. |
