1. Yes, extraterrestrial life exists. I have to constantly explain this to all my friends and family. The reason that i believe this is because: if you think of the universe and how it is never ending, there has to be something else out there, i don't know what it is, but there is definately something.
2. After reading many books, and doing alot of research I believe that odds are the life that does exist beyond our reach is most likely more intelligent than humans, or maybe they are humans, but they are most likely going to be more advanced than earth humans. I do not see the reason for sending out a beacon, "if they want to be found, they will find us".
3. I run Seti@home because i believe. There is something out there!! and SETI is the only team that involves the public in its search, and maybe one day an actual seti user will be involved in HISTORY on that glorious day! |
