| I'm 33 yrs old. I live in North Central Minnesota in a small town where all the stars are visible at night. I served in the NAVY onboard two aircraft carriers after high school. I am married with two young boys who are 7 and 10yrs old. My 7 yr old is Autistic. My ten year old is fascinated with all thing space related. I work in the IT department as a Team Leader in the Data Center for a large food company. I am also a full time college student and I am on pace to graduate next fall with a BA in Computer Science. I am involved with Special Needs issues - especially pertaining to children with Autism. I am a computer geek in my spare time and I try to keep up with the latest and greatest technology. My hobbies are learning sign language, my kids, and watching the Discovery Channel and Tech TV. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I absolutely believe that E.T. exists. I think that we will discover it (if we already haven't), or it will discover us, in the near future. I am not sure what will happen when we discover each other. I think that they already know that we exist and watch over us in amazement as we destroy or planet and each other. I am new to SETI@home. I think that it is a great idea to utilize the entire computing power sitting idle in our homes. |
