Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1- Yes I think ET life exists because of the huge number of planets systems. I have no opinion on when and how humans will discover this ET life. My opinion is that our current technical level is too low to discover ET life and that is more likely than ET will come to visit us !
2- Of course, a sattelite or a similar object is one of the solution to send a signal away.
3-I find the idea of sharing little CPU power to finaly create a virtual monster CPU very interesting.
