i'm alasdair manson. i go by ali. i live in san francisco although i'm originally from edinburgh - i've lived in london and boston also - all great cities.
i love electronic dance music - if psychedelic trance isn't de facto proof of th existence of extra-terrestrial life, i don't know what is.
i like to go see movies, snowboard and i'm a founder member of magicglasses camp (http://www.magicglasses.com) which has built art installations at burning man (http://www.burningman.com) in 1999, 2000 and 2001. i'll be there with magicglasses camp again this year.
i like also to snowboard and i'm blessed with beautiful friends. |

my brain has trouble understanding the extent of the universe. i think it's better that way. i have to believe there's 'somebody else out there'
i think we should transmit a beacon and, if we make contact, i'd like to give our new-found friends a pair of magic glasses each. |
