Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
i think seti is fantastic everyone who owns a computer need this also i just wanted to say you should read (show me god)by FRED HEEREN if you want info about seti or god they do go together and his veiw on how gods time and ours totally supports a three day creation for god but for us billions of years of creation.anyway you should read it if you seek anserws to lives questions he did a good job of getting all the view points of ALLEN SANDAGE,ASTRONOMER,ALBERT EINSTEIN,THEORETICAL PHYSICIST,STEPHEN HAWKINS,THEORETICAL PHYSICIST,SIR FRED HOYLE,ASTROPHYSICIST,ROBERT JASTROW,ASTRONOMER.AND AT THE END THERE IS A GREAT STORY OF SETI ITS FICTION BUT IT MAKES YOU THINK WHAT IF AND WHEN THE BIG SIGNAL COME WHO WILL IT BE.me myself belive if you seek the anserw to a question long enough and many people (or computers)work on it it will come or the first step in anserwing it will come.and then if we are alone we must find space travel posible for future generations to survive.think about it billions of years from now our sun will explode, and kill everything around it .it will happen. so we must continue to evolve outward and if seti can help in even the smallest way it will be worth it ,wont it?will god provide us with what we need to survive? yes he will and he has .we can built almost anything we want from all the elements on earth its just a matter of finding the people to figure out how it all goes together.the movie contact was very encourageing and think about it the magnetic field they created to travel in time to another dimension to say.its not all that unbeliveable ,is it?well i hope you read the book it is really good.and in the bible god talks about time not directly but the book show me god has the parts where you can comprihend the wording of god to be outside our time.
