I am a single Electrical/Computer Engineer recent transplant to Manhattan, Kansas, where I work for Kansas State University as a Unix Systems Administrator.
I am kind of a transplant from Alberta, Canada, except that the preceding 8 years were spent in Dublin, Ohio. But, I should eventually adjust, since I was born in Lawrence, Kansas (though I was only there for about the first year of my life). |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
| I had heard about SETI years ago when I was living in Medicine Hat, Alberta and have always been interested in the possibility of life on other worlds, etc.<P>When I heard about SETI@home, I knew I just had to run it in the hopes that we'll meet extraterrestrial life during my lifetime. |
