I am a computer systems engineer with 22 years military service. I retired in 1996 and founded a new Info Tech company; and loving it. We are a popular company and are very active in assisting small-medium enterprise with their IT needs.
I am a Father of three lovely children and have a modest rainforest home on Australia's Sunshine Coast.
I enjoy everything scientific, enjoy leisure time in the garden, and enjoy camping out under the stars.

Extra Terrestrials?
Logically, extraterrestrial life must exist.
Purely statistically if we are the minute dot on the minute dot of the minute galaxy that is the milky way; then .000(insert almost infinity here)0001% chance tells us that at least one other planet orbiting its yellow sun at a distance of roughly 92 million miles must support and contain life.
When we hear from them, or they hear from us (which logically is 1000(insert almost infinity here)000 to 1), it will not be a party or a handshake. Rather, logically, they will be of a totally different form. They may not be DNA-based. They may not even have blood containing iron, but rather copper (such as the cuttlefish?!) or infinitely anything else. Even on our own little blue-green planet creatures are incredibly different and we have evolved within a matrix for thousands of millions of years!!
If we are to expect them, expect the absolutely unexpected!
