| I live in Florida, the home of the neverending heat wave...I am the mother of three amazing children, (if I do say so myself) I work as a Paraprofessional at an elementary school. I work with 1st. and 2nd. graders who are below grade level in reading, writing and math. I enjoy being outdoors, camping, and exploring new places. I believe that life is meant to be fun, and you can have fun regardless of where you are at...Whether at home or out on the town. I greatly enjoy the arts; acting, singing and writing. | Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I believe that we are not alone in the universe. I feel that with the vastness of space, we can not be alone. I have a strong faith, yet I believe that science and faith are not seperate- but instead intermingle. I do not know if we will ever discover other existances, perhaps that is not our fate. However, I feel that the quest for discovery can be more beneficial and meaningful then the actual discovery itself. It is through the process that we learn and grow and become more than we once were, and attain more than we thought was possible. I run SETI because I want to be apart of the search, apart of the hope, apart of the dream. |
